Stimulink closes that gap. We are an independent quality assurance practice led by German QA management, working remotely with product teams in Europe and Southeast Asia. Where a client needs people on the ground or a dedicated team, we can staff it — but the consulting itself is not tied to a location.
We work in fixed-scope engagements with a defined deliverable, so you can start small and see the result before you commit further.
What We Do
Test Audit
A two-week review of your existing test suite and process. You receive a written assessment: what is unstable, why, what it costs to fix, and in which order. Fixed price, no obligation to continue.
Test Automation Build-Up
We automate a defined set of regression cases, running in your CI pipeline, handed over with documentation and a walkthrough. Fixed scope, fixed price, working result.
Managed Regression
We run your regression suite ahead of every release and report back within an agreed window. A monthly retainer instead of a scramble before each ship date.
Ongoing QA Capacity
For teams that need lasting capacity rather than a single project: we take on an agreed scope of QA work — regression coverage, pipeline stability, defect analysis and release reporting — with a named engineer responsible for it. We organise the work and carry the result. Where the capacity is delivered from Indonesia, it runs through our partner company and begins with a setup phase.
Testing Regulated and Device-Coupled Systems

The Things You Need Settled Before Signing
Data protection and processing agreement
We sign a data processing agreement meeting Article 28 GDPR before we touch anything that contains personal data, and we work to the technical and organisational measures listed in it.
Our default is synthetic or pseudonymised data. Where a scope can be delivered without production data, no client personal data reaches Indonesia at all — and the proposal says which of the two applies.
Where we deliver from Germany only, processing stays in Germany. Where a team in Jakarta works on your product, that is an onward transfer and we treat it as one: our Indonesian partner company is named as a sub-processor in the annex to the agreement, the transfer runs on the EU standard contractual clauses with a documented transfer impact assessment, and it is subject to your prior written consent. Our partner company is separately bound as a processor under Indonesian Law 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection.
How the engagement is structured
You commission a defined scope of work with an agreed result and an agreed price. The people who do the work are employed by the company that directs them, works to its own plan, provides its own equipment and answers for the result.
You give us requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria. You do not manage individuals, set their hours, or take part in hiring. We are not a staffing agency and do not present ourselves as one — what we sell is a scope of work. If your need is for people under your own management, this is not the right service and we will tell you so.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before we look at anything of yours.
For all work product — test code, frameworks, scripts, test data, documents — you receive an exclusive, irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable right of use, unlimited in time, territory and purpose, including the right to modify it and to have it modified by others. German law does not permit copyright itself to be transferred, so this is the strongest position available to you, and it is the one we put in the contract.
Where third-party or open-source components are part of the result, we list them with their licences on handover. After the engagement we keep no copy of your material beyond what we are legally required to retain.
Who we are, contractually
Every engagement is contracted with Stimulink, Harald Müller, based in Germany. That is the contracting party for all clients.
Where a client needs delivery from Indonesia, it runs through our Indonesian partner company in Jakarta. Engagements of that kind begin with a setup phase, which we schedule together with you and with our partner before anyone commits to dates.
Time zones and availability
We work across European and Southeast Asian business hours and agree a fixed daily window before the engagement starts. Inside that window our lead is reachable for questions, joint reviews and handover of results. Priorities reach us through the agreed backlog and change process; technical direction of the team sits with our lead.
What happens if it does not work out
The audit ends with a deliverable and no commitment to continue. Retainers carry a monthly notice period on both sides.
For a retainer we put continuity in the contract rather than leave you to find out: an availability window, the notice we give before planned absence, and a substitute arrangement for unplanned absence. If we cannot cover a release window, you hear it in advance and that month's retainer is reduced accordingly.
If the engineer responsible for your scope becomes unavailable, we remain responsible for the scope and we staff it again. Continuity of the result is our obligation; who does the work is our decision.
The agreement with our Indonesian partner
Delivery from Indonesia runs on a written service agreement between Stimulink and our Indonesian partner company. That agreement, and the data processing terms under it, are put in place during the setup phase, before any client work starts. We will show you the relevant terms on request.
