A dedicated team starts with a setup phase. Our Indonesian partner company prepares its operation and hires the people the scope requires. Tell us when you need the capability in place and we plan backwards from there, together with our partner.

From then on the model is straightforward. Our partner company employs the engineers in Indonesia under local employment law and carries recruitment, payroll, benefits and compliance. You contract with Stimulink in Germany for an agreed scope of work, receive one invoice, and take on no entity, payroll or employer obligations abroad.

One point stated plainly, because it decides the shape of the engagement: you are buying an agreed scope of work with a defined result, not a person's time. Our Indonesian partner company employs the engineers, plans and directs their work, provides their equipment and answers for the result. We invoice the scope, not hours, and we take no instruction from you as to which of our people does what. If what you need is people you direct yourself, that is a different service from a different kind of provider — tell us and we will say so plainly.

We price the scope, not the person. The proposal states the deliverables, the reporting cadence, the dates and one monthly fee — no hourly rate and no headcount rate.

For comparison we will also show you what the same scope would cost you as a local hire and as a contractor day rate, so you can judge the saving without us invoicing you somebody's payslip.
